Order Processing

We aim to process all Bright Envy orders within 1–3 business days.
Please note that certain factors may affect processing times, such as incomplete payment, inaccurate address details, or high order volumes during peak seasons.
If any issue arises, our team will contact you via email to confirm the details before shipping your order.


Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–14 business days

Please understand that certain conditions may affect delivery times, including:

  • Severe weather or natural disruptions

  • Holiday season delays

  • Carrier or customs-related issues

While some of these factors are beyond our control, we will always do our best to keep you updated with available tracking information.


Taxes and Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes, import duties, or local fees charged by their country upon arrival.
Unfortunately, Bright Envy cannot control or predict these charges.
We recommend contacting your local customs office if you need more information about potential fees.

Important: Bright Envy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. The release of your package is solely at the discretion of your country’s customs authorities.

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us immediately at support@brightenvy.com.
We’ll do our best to assist you, but please note:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
In this case, you may request a return once your item arrives.
